Jeni has been training in martial arts since 1993 moving to Mixed Martial Arts and Kickboxing in 1999. She has been teaching Ladies Kickboxing since then. Her classes involve authentic kickboxing training and techniques without the sparring. The classes include punching and kicking bags, push-ups, ab work as well as leg toning exercises giving you a full body workout.
She has a passion and energy for the sport second to none.
This passion comes out in every class she has. If she’s not in there hitting the bags and doing the class with everyone, she’s up and down the studio motivating and pushing all the ladies to their most awesome potential.
